नमस्कार मेरे प्यारे पशु पालक भाइओ  जैसा की हम लोगो ने पहले ब्लॉग म बताया ह की थनैला रोग गाय व भैंस के थनों में कई तरह के जीवाणुओं के फैलने से होता है। ये कई तरह से हो सकता  है गाय भैंस के रहने के स्थान पर गदकी होने के कारण या दूध निकलते समय गंदे पानी और गंदे हाथो के इस्तमाल करने के कारण और  ड्राई पीरियड के दौरान  और गाय प्रसव  के बाद भी थनैला होने की  पुरी सम्भावना होती है। थनैला रोग की रोकथाम और इलाज कई पडतीओ से किया जा सकता है।अंग्रेजी दवाओं,होमयोपैथी   और आयुर्वेद यानि देसी दवाओं से किया जाता ह।

Hello my dear animal husbandry brothers, as we have told in the earlier blog that mastitis in cow disease is caused by the spread of many types of bacteria in the udders of cows and buffaloes. This can happen in many ways due to the cow buffalo being in the place of living or due to the use of dirty water and dirty hands while milking and during dry periods and even after cow delivery there is every possibility of mastitis. Prevention and treatment of mastitis disease can be done by many methods. allopathic. homeopathy and Ayurveda i.e. indigenous medicines are done.

गाय भैंस में थनैला रोग की पहचान

 थनों में सूजन आना ,लेवटी लाल रंग की दिखना ,लेवटी में दर्द ,दूध का स्वाद बदलना नमकीन या तीखा लगना ,दूध में छेछड़े दिखना ,दूध का ph बदल जाना।थनों में गाँठ पड़ना लेवटी का सख्त होना और भी व्यगनिक तरीको से थनैला का पता लगाया जा सकता है जैसे सी एम टी (दी कैलिफ़ोर्निया टैस्ट )

गाय व भैंस में थनैला रोग की देखरेख व बचाओ के लिए पशुपालक कुछ बाते धयान में रखे तो इस बीमारी से पशु को बचा के रखा जा सकता हे जैसे 

दूध निकालने से पहले हाथों को अच्छे से धोए 

दूध निकलने से पहले थानों को साफ और गुनगुने पानी से धोएं 

दूध निकालते  ही थानों को आयोडीन से सेनिटाइज करे और पशु को १५ से २५ मिनट तक बैठने न दे 

एक पशु के दूध निकलने के बाद दुसरे पशु का दूध निकालने से पहले अच्छे से हाँथ धोए

ग्याभिन पशु को खनिज मिश्रण और अच्छी खुराक दे जिस से उसे प्रसव के दौरान और प्रसव के बाद कोई परेशानी न हो जैसे समय पर जैर डालना समय पर हीट म आना पशु की रोग प्रतिरोग छमता बढे।

 इलाज में ज्यादातर एंटीबायोटिक इंजेक्शन इस्तमाल में लिए जाते है जैसे १:पेनिसिलीन २ क्लोक्सासिलिन , ३ सेपहपीरिन ४ सेफ्टिओफोर or ५ नोवोबिओसिन इन में से कोई एक या दो इंजेक्शन मिला कर ३ दिन से ५ दिन तक इलाज़ किया जाता है। साथ में साहक चिकित्सा दे दि जाती ह जैसे त्रि सोडियम सिट्रट व विटामिन्स और खनिज ,रोगाणुरोधी पेप्टाइड्स एन्ज़यम भी दिए जा सकते है।

गाय, भैंस के थनैला रोग की होम्योपैथिक दवा(Homeopathic medicine for mastitis disease of cow, buffalo)

 होम्योपैथिक दवाओँ में विभिन्य तरह के तरल मिश्रण को बहुत ही कम यानि के बूंदो के नाप से गाय भैंस को दिया जाता है। इस पद्धति में किसी तरह का दुर्प्रभाव नहीं देखने को मिलता।

गाय व भैंस में थनैला रोग का आयुर्वेदिक देसी इलाज

 आयुर्वेदिक देसी इलाज के लिए एक घरेलु तरीका 

चुना १५ ग्राम 

गवरभाट्टा अलोविरो  २५० ग्राम 

हल्दी ५० ग्राम 

नीम्बू ४ से ५ 

गुड़ ५०० ग्राम 

करी पत्ता ५०० ग्राम 

सब से पहले गवरभाट्टा अलोविरो  २५० ग्राम,हल्दी ५० ग्राम और चुना १५ ग्राम ले कर इस में पानी मिला कर पीस ले और चिपचिपी लैप बना ले। 

फिर इस को सुबह संध्या दूध निकालने  के बाद लेवटी को अच्छे से साफ  ठंडे  पानी से धो कर इस लैप को लेवटी पर लगाये कम से कम ५ से ६ दिनों तक इस का लैप करे। 

एक एक नीबू तीन से पाँच  दिन काट क्र खिलाये 

अगर दूध में खून आ रहा ह तो करी पत्ता और गुड़ को सौ सौ ग्राम पीस कर पांच दिन तक खिलाये। इस तरह पशु को थनैला रोग से आराम मिलेगा। अगर ज्यादा दिकत हो तो दूध की जांच करा कर उपयुक्त ईलाज नज़दीकी पशुचिकित्सक से कराये।

A home remedy for Ayurvedic indigenous treatment of mastitis disease in cow and buffalo

Chose 15 grams

Gavarbhatta Aloevero 250 grams

Turmeric 50 grams

Lemons 4 to 5

Jagger y 500 grams

Curry leaves 500 grams

First of all, take 250 grams of Gavarbhatta Aloe vera, 50 grams of turmeric, and 15 grams of chuna, mix it with water and make a paste and make a sticky paste.

Then after extracting milk in the morning and evening, wash the udder thoroughly with clean cold water and apply this ointment on the udder and do this balm for at least 5 to 6 days.

Feed each lemon after cutting it for three to five days.

If blood is coming in the milk, then grind curry leaves and jaggery with 100 grams and feed it for five days. In this way, the animal will get relief from mastitis disease. If there is more problem then get the milk tested and get the appropriate treatment done by the nearest veterinarian.
